We operate in a safe working environment each team works with 3-5 men. BTS stays consistently busy. If you have experience in the tree care industry or landscaping background that is a plus but not required. BTS does removal, pruning, and planting primarily.

Position is full time for both positions. Pay scale is based upon experience. Payed vacations and holidays with most weekends off.
We work 5 days a week unless we are rained out during the week then we work on Saturdays or if we have large amounts of storm damage. Time and a half over 40 hours average work week 50-60 hours.
Fully insured for workman's compensation.
