Plant Installation and Holiday Seasonal team member *Full time positions *Part Time positions *Seasonal positions. Grundys Plantscaping is seeking a Delivery and Installation Technician to work from our warehouse location in Pottstown, PA and at job sites to perform installations and to manage replacements, deliveries and rotational blooming schedules. Benefits include BC/BS health insurance and paid time off. Specific Duties: Assist the Holiday team complete Holiday Installations. Ensure plants are prepared and set-up for new installations Ensure holiday Decor is set up per standards and directions. Install new client accounts in a quick, organized, & professional manner Ensure paperwork such as timesheets, work orders and replacement forms are completed and turned in at the end of the work day Assist technicians and Horticulturists with maintenance and other services as directed Oversee all quarterly and annual plant special services such as rotations and cleaning Handle minor problems or client concerns and know when it is appropriate to refer large client issues to supervisor or management Assist with loading & unloading of trucks, receive goods into the warehouse Operate company vehicles in a safe manner according to company policy and state laws. Skills we are seeking: Proven customer service and communications skills Able to operate a 16Ft non-CDL box truck (this skill starts at $17 per hour if you can start immediately.) A self-starter who plays well with others and prioritizes the success of the team Attention to detail. This is a requirement and the skill most valuable. Able to think on your feet with good problem solving skills Basic computers skills, Microsoft Word, Excel Experience driving a box truck in an urban environment Other requirements: Passion for plants Passion for Holiday decorations Valid driver license with clean driving record and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Physically fit and able to climb up and down ladders, able to lift up to 50 lbs. Physically able to work on A-frame ladders up to 20ft. Covid vaccinations are not currently required. Vaccinated individuals may have more flexibility in the amount of locations they may participate in work for.
