3 bands share this space, but one is moving out after 2 nice years. $200 a month plus 200 security gets you one or possibly two days a week. Private entrance, bathrooms on premise, share our pa and leave your drums and amps set up. This is for mature and serious bands only. No parties, no posses, no trouble please.
