Baker Construction & Development is looking to add another all-star Carpenter! We have been building environments for our client’s success since 1951! What you will receive: • Full-Time position • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance • Monthly 401k contributions • Annual Profit-Sharing opportunities • 1 to 3 weeks annual vacation (based on years with our company) • 6 Paid Holidays What we want: Experienced Carpenter with a great attitude that is successful with everything from framing carpentry to finish carpentry and all points in between. • Have a strong sense of urgency and takes pride in high quality craftsmanship while keeping an eye on the bottom line. • Using hand and power tools and checking the accuracy of completed work. • From rough (wood or metal) framing to finish carpentry. • Efficiently install doors, closers, lock sets, mortise locks, panic devices, windows, crown molding, baseboard, cabinetry and counter tops. • May also include some drywall installation, tape and texture work. • Build with great precision and install with great accuracy. • Have complete understanding of the safety procedures for safe work practices in the construction industry. • Strong attention to detail. • Adherence to safety policies and practices. • Creative and have excellent organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
