I teach jazz and blues styles on saxophone and clarinet via video apps such as FaceTime. Online instruction is similar to having private instruction in your home. Lessons include the musical tools you need to improvise confidently in any situation, and to create an interesting, melodic solo. Demonstrations and musical examples are included with each lesson. I have a Music Degree and have led my own quartet for 20+ years. I’ve received three Fellowship Awards from the DC Commission for the Arts.
