We are a local Independent Registered Investment Advisory firm looking for one person to help us hold a series of educational workshops. The events will be held in Grapevine in late October. Two of the workshops will take place on Saturday in the late morning/afternoon and two will be held on weekday evenings.
Your role will be to assist the host/presenter with all aspects of the workshop. This includes:
Greeting and registering guests
Assisting with the service of snacks and beverages
Scheduling follow up consultations with attendees that want to meet with the presenter individually
Helping with basic set up and clean up before and after the event
Requirements:
Professional appearance and demeanor is an absolute must. Our attendees will be mature and affluent adults.
You will need to be comfortable interacting with people and able to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast paced environment.
Experience working in some type of formal/semi-formal business environment. Financial services or related experience is a plus but is not required.
