found dog at Ventura Park NE Portland 9/27

My neighbor found this big fella wondering around in the rain in Ventura Park on 9/27. She didn’t have the means to hold on to him and try to find his owners so we took him in. Looks to be some kind of Sheppard cross, reddish brown, brown eyes, 75-85 lbs. He is very sweet with good manners and is being well cared for, but he definitely wants to go home. Had a colar on but no ID tags and looks very well loved. Just want to find his home so if you recognize him reach out to the email link I’ll be checking it several times a day.
