Hi craigslist I am hoping to find a new studio space to work from as my current space has flooded. Ideally looking for the following: -Larger than 9x9 -Natural Light -Access to running water/ restrooms -Private space with a lock -Shared common areas -Window that opens -Cool with loud noises (Hammering, sawing, banging) - Okay with use of an open flame in facilities -Ideal Location is the East side but I'm open to anything at this point Might be a tall order but I figured i'd throw this out there!
