Sweep, spot mop, operate a walk behind floor scrubber and propane buffer at different locations in Syracuse, Cortland and Auburn New York. Qualifications: A Valid New York State Drivers License is a must. Able to lift/ operate 50 pound onto a ramp, Able to work under minimal supervision, positive attitude and punctual/on time. Attention to detail and customer service. A service van will be issued and you must be able to have a spot to take this vehicle home in a safe location and be able to charge the machines at the end of your shift. You will be responsible for maintenance checks on both equipment and assigned vehicle. This job is perfect for someone who is retired, formal veteran or experience is basic general cleaning. This position does require some driving and the position is paid per job. Each job take about 1.5 hours and base payment of $40-$65 per location and distance. Locations are done in he early mornings or late evenings and can be scheduled around your schedule I will NOT take any phone calls regarding this position.
