WORK IS AT NIGHT from 9:00pm - 5:00am, Monday-Friday NO DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME Looking for experienced Maintenance Technician that has Handyman construction and/or mechanical experience. Job duties to include, but not limited to, Disassembling and maintaining commercial fans, grocery cooler bins, conveyor cooling racks, oven decarbonization, sidewalk pressure washing, BBQ grill degreasing, misc Handyman repairs, and part replacement. Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour for experienced applicants, and $13-$15 for apprentices (depending on work background). Part time position averaging 20 hours per week. Experience in Care and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and pressure washing machines is required. Work is at night, 4-5 nights for Full time and 2-3 nights per week for part time. Additional work available if more hours are desired. Must have a clean 36 month Motor Vehicle Report with no DUI's for insurance purposes. 1-2 minor tickets is fine. \ 3 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of employment Sick Time 6% 401K Company Matching Company Vehicle Payday every Friday - direct deposit
