Seeking a manager for local apartment complex. The following is an explanation of the expectations and duties:
This is a very part time position. You should expect to work roughly 5 hours a week putting the hourly compensation in the $25 an hour range. In the winter months you will be working less hours but still paid the same & should average out to $40+ an hour whereas in the summer months there may be some more hours worked.
$500 a month compensation + leasing bonuses

Duties:
Mowing grass
Communicating with residents about their feedback, questions, etc
Do unit inspections (exterior only) & provide violation notices
Show vacant units
Walk through at move outs
Read water meters & provide usage
Post invoices, delinquency notices, & other papers on resident doors
