We are in need of an experienced event/Meeting planner to monitor a medical education program on Saturday, 10/2 in Lubbock, TX. The program is one hour in length. Duties would include handing out evaluations, collecting evaluations and mailing them back via a FedEx prepaid envelope. We would need you to arrive 45 minutes prior to start time.
