Rehoming small cat

My sweet cat Mochi is being bullied by our two other cats. We are looking to find her a good home. She is 1 year old, has all her shots, but she is not spayed. Just to make sure she is going to a good home, I would like to ask for a rehoming fee of $25. Mochi's personality: Sweet, she loves to be pet. She would make a great companion to an older person(s), or to a kid that is calm. She likes to sit next to my feet while I am working at my desk. She does not like to be picked up much, but I do pick her up from time to time to take her upstairs with me. She was the runt, so she is small in stature but she is overall in good health. She is an indoor cat, she has never been outside my patio area. Very calm, she never scratches the couch because we have scratchers around. If need one let me know, I may have one. in case you would like the one I have. She would NOT do well with a bunch of other cats, but should do well with just 1 other cat. Uses Scoop Away, for her litter box. She eats grilled Fancy Feast seafood by Purina. Or at times Friskies seafood/chicken. She eats either brand of food. I have a small litter box I can provide (not the litter), and I have a few toys she can take with her. She has no fleas! Her coat is soft and she is a beautiful cat. Please call
