Seeking talented carpenter dude that has done it all in all home-building. We do it all, and rely on other subcontractors and tradesman very seldom. You will not be held up waiting for materials to arrive or the weather to clear. As a business owner, I will always be around on site, with decades of experience, I can, and am always willing to lend a hand. Most of the work is the rural west side of Bloomington. Building up a crew of strong professionals has it challenges, but if you are good at figuring it out on your own and have the tools to function without me, I will pay you accordingly. I have plenty of building projects and new homes to construct, and always will have. It’s 40 plus hours every week, and sometimes a half day on Saturday. No Sunday or holidays. Friday afternoons are paydays, and you will always get paid, in full. I have been building houses a long time, and will be for a long time to come. Other simple items to mention: I prefer someone who does not smoke or drink, and can make it a few hours with their cell phone in the truck period. Our tasks will include Carpentry, tile work, painting, caulking, foundations, and everything from the ground up for new home builds.
