Description
Part time (25hrs/week) Maintenance Lead position available for a 220 unit 55+ retirement mobile home community in Clermont, Florida. This position is a hands on working leader responsible for the coordination of workflow and who reports directly to the Property Manager, is highly motivated, self-driven and detail oriented. It is imperative that this person be able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background and will demonstrate tact and diplomacy when interacting with coworkers, residents and management. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Specific Requirements are as follows: 5 years’ similar job experience with knowledge of:
Use and maintenance of general tools and equipment including heavy equipment
Maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods used in janitorial work
Ability to perform unskilled and semiskilled tasks along with the responsibility for
electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems
Occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions
Understanding of budgets and financial aspects of each job assignment
Additional Requirements are:
Florida Driver’s License (must be in good standing with reputable driving
Record)
Coordination and inspection of major contract work
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
