PAINTER POSITION: Brink Reconditioning Solutions has an immediate position available for an experienced Auto Paint Technician to paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques. Our mobile Paint Technicians receive all the tools and supplies for the job. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing company. This position includes excellent pay. Paint helper positions also available. Job Responsibilities: * Paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques. * Inspect panels to be painted for body repair, prepping and/or buffing defect. * Sand, mask, blend, and polish finish to match surrounding areas. Using a brush, apply or retouch paint as necessary. * May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) including Saturdays as business needs dictate. * This is a high-production job with lots of spot blends and quick work. Must be able to move around and stay busy! Qualifications: * 1 - 2 years auto painting experience required. * Strong communication and interaction skills required. * Excellent organizational skills required. * Valid Driver's License required. * Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Call/Text Barry Brink 813-424-7560 BUFF/TOUCH UP TECH POSITION Experience: Wet sanding clearcoat to remove light to moderate scratches on automotive paint surfaces using multiple grit sand papers, compounds, glazes and coatings to achieve an appealing finish. Experience with mixing automotive paint is definitely a plus. Must be able to work outside in non air conditioned circumstances. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
