LOVING pup needs affectionate owner

Calling all dog lovers. I have a dog who needs a home. He came to us a few months ago as a rescue, but my husband and I travel far too much for his needs. We love him dearly, but fear he's not getting what he needs from us. He does great in his crate, but much prefers to be with you right by your side. He's also good in the car. We are still working on collar/lease training as the place he came from had him tied up in the same collar they put on him as a puppy. He still has an indent on his neck. :( We have yet to put a collar on him for longer periods than a walk. He is very good with kids, cats & other dogs. He loves to play with other dogs, or with you and absolutely LOVES to snuggle up next to you or under the blankets with you. We're not exactly sure his breed, but I'm assuming he is a mix between Lab & Pit. NOT aggressive. He has quite the fun loving personality He is fixed and up to date on his vaccines also.
