We are a contract research organization that has been in business for over 17 years. We are a global provider of biospecimens, and frequently provide samples to major biopharma companies around the world. We need a person who is reliable, hardworking, and capable of working independently in order to assist with production of clinical kits for specimen collections, maintaining inventories of supplies, and shipping and receiving. It is preferable that you have a large vehicle capable of holding 25”x25”x25” boxes for delivery to Fedex from our facilities. Responsibilities: • Assembles clinical kits according to instructions with high attention to detail • Manages the receipt of supplies to the warehouse or office, and maintains inventory • Manages the shipping of kits and supplies to clinical sites • Assists with coordinating and/or pick-up of dry ice for shipments • Maintains a clean and organized kitting area • Coordinates with clinical project execution team and the operations team to track shipment deliveries and communicate any delays or other issues with shipments • May provide support for daily activities as needed, such as pickups of supplies, or assisting with receiving of samples. • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Experience/Requirements: • Warehouse or clinical kitting experience desired • College students encouraged to apply • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform with a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results • Valid driver’s license required • Authorized to work in the United States • Will train the right individual We are looking for someone that is able to give around 25 hours/week during business hours, although hours may vary based on need. Hours may somewhat flexible in order to accommodate school schedules. All interviews will be held over Zoom.
