We are looking for responsible, hard working individuals with leadership skills. As an Lead Insulation Technician you will be primarily responsible for managing crews, jobsites, cleaning attics, installing insulation in homes and commercial buildings. We provide you with the opportunity for growth and the tools to succeed. (Must have Valid Drivers License with transportation) JOB DUTIES Remove old insulation and attic cleanup Measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length Install insulation properly, using proper materials and tools Remove debris and sticks from attic insulation Use common hand tools such as box cutter, scissors, saws, and staple guns Having good communication skills with customers Knowing how to manage people REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE: 2 year's Management experience required Self-directed; ability to work independently Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide materials and measurements quickly and accurately Ability to operate and control heavy equipment Ability to work in Confined Spaces Ability to work effectively in hot temperatures Must be sure that all details of the job are done so that their work meets building codes (We Train) Must be careful and exact in work to avoid safety hazards Must have Valid Drivers License with transportation Must be in able physical condition due to the difficult work environment Must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!
