DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining work surfaces, floors, windows, restrooms, common areas, and landscaping. SKILLS / ABILITIES: • Must be able to communicate with people who have limited English skills. • Motivated and able to take initiative. • Capable of reaching, moderate lifting, stooping, bending, and moderate physical exertion. EXPERIENCE:​Previous work in a custodial or janitorial function preferred. ​ EDUCATION / TRAINING:​No specific educational requirements.
