We are currently growing our painting department and are looking for someone that wants to grow with us. Responsibilities: *Cleans display boards or other display surfaces to remove foreign matter and rough surfaces. *Mixes paint according to established formulas. *Add graffiti coating as needed. *Back paint all acrylic pieces as needed. *Get sign panels up and down for painter’s walls. *Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. Trash emptied and rags disposed of properly. *Mix colors for department needs when necessary. *Maintain a record of all colors used on all jobs to include color sample, job name, and date. *Inform lead of inventory getting low. *Attend all company and department meetings. *Commitment to company Core Values. *All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: *Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to work in a team environment. *Ability to be a reliable team member, as demonstrated in punctuality and attendance. *Ability to absorb, retain, and follow directions and instructions in a fast-paced environment. *Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to catch mistakes. *Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time. *Ability to work under pressure when the workload is high and timelines are short.
