Mattison Avenue currently operates locations in 4 cities in 3 different states under the Mattison Avenue, Signature Salon Studios and Palette Collective brand names.Business Sites: Brief Overview: Position is a full time salary with a full benefits package, company phone, and auto reimbursement Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa is looking for a dynamic, talented individual to join our fast-growing salon suite business across the PHX area. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that multiple facilities in an assigned market have their physical structure and operating equipment maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Maintenance service, and repairs in the areas of painting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, and electrical systems. As our Maintenance Technician, the opportunity to leverage your world-class break/fix and general maintenance skills is endless. While ensuring that all physical aspects of the properties are maintained at optimum levels, you will create an environment that will encourage our tenants to choose us to grow their business over a lifetime! Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving, equipment and appliance functionality is critical to success.On a day to day basis, you will work closely with Regional Property Managers (our leasing agents and tenant managers) to identify, prioritize and problem solve maintenance opportunities and issues.Requirements and Skills: Minimum of 5 years previous experience.Experience with painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical.Must have valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance. Ability to be a self-starter, effectively plan, work with a sense of urgency, and prioritize workload.Experience supporting facilities in the Apartment/Office leasing industry is a plus.
