Looking for someone who knows a little about home construction. Building or real estate experience. We would ask several times a year to go out and look at a lot of land we purchased and tell us more details about the slope and what would be required to build on it....or even tell us it would take too much work to build on it to be worth it. Just need a good honest assessment. Looking to build relationships with builders, real estate agents, drone pilots, and title companies in the area. These lots will more than likely become opportunities for all of the listed above.
