Sweet, kind, and wise dog available for a good home just in time for dog season. Vet believes to be one and a half year old female walker hound who is now up to date on shots. Is patient and good with most other dogs and kids, even ugly ones. Has a pretty good sense of smell and a great sense of humor. She is a good listener and likes being around folks, even very boring humans. Enjoys walks, sunshine, dad-jokes, funky jazz, and getting embarrassed when you pick up her poop. Heartworm positive but her attitude is even more positive... Has not been fixed but also isnt broken. Downside: Her cursive is not great, not very good at money management, and her tax advice has been dodgy at best. Upside: Probably unlimited, very loyal dog, part-time philosopher, full-time professor of logic, also talented artist who likes to oil paint still lifes (I've included a picture of her last self portrait) She has had a few of what Bob Ross would call "happy accidents" but she is making gains towards being housebroken, then again we're all works in progress right? Someone found this dog a week ago abandoned at the dog park. We've taken her to the vet (Elam Animal Hospital) to run bloodwork, tests, and get all her shots but we can't keep this dog long term in our busy, chaotic home. Our loss could be your gain. This is a good dog, just needs a chance. Please dont flag there is NO FEE(s) or money involved. Just trying to find a good fit for a great dog...
