Ceramic and Mirror cut

I have a very small project I need help with. I have two 12" X7" tiles that need some small rectangles cut out(to accommodate outlets) I also need two circles (18in and 16 in circumferences) cut out of mirror to fit in two round trays. *******see pictures******* Let me know what you would charge and if I need to take the material to you.
