Good day to all. I am a General contractor in search of sub contractors, not contractors. 1802 3rd street near the hospital on ocean drive. I need an estimate on a seamless and or screw on galvanized metal roof. I want materials cost, labor costs including windstorm certificate and must pass inspection. You must have proven track record and reliable references. Next, concrete slab, approximately 205 sq ft. With 18 inch footing. I need materials price and labor price PSF. Framing: I need a price for framing the 205 sq ft addition, shell price, siding, electrical which is minimal work, not extensive. Or a subcontractor who can do it all can quote me a price for materials and labor. I purchase all materials. Mosaic tile, siding interior and exterior. 2 double sliding doors with two windows. The addition must be connected to the existing home and the brick wall joining it will be demolished. I can send a picture of the blue print.
