ISO a friend with a medecal card

First off I'm not looking for anything illegal. I want to use the 100% legal "transfer". I'm new to area and don't know anyone, except coworkers who can't help with this. Lived in recreationally legal state for years so no card, and I'm only here for a short while so not going to get one. Tempted to just ask people in a dispinsary parking lot but that seems just as sketchy as putting this on CL so why not. Thx
