3 hour Hand Balancing Workshop with Ryan Brown
This workshop will lay out a detailed process for learning the basics of hand-balancing with a specific focus on conditioning the body, learning the handstand position, and how to balance on the hands. This class is suitable for both beginners and those with some previous hand-balancing experience.

Rhyan Brown is a movement coach and teacher who has been studying the art of hand balancing for 5 years along side other physical disciplines. Rhyan first started his training career a little over a decade ago with rock climbing, and has since been pursuing, studying, and training a multitude of different practices.
