We are a multi-tiered company specializing in architecture, interior design, and home furnishings. The scope of our company includes a modern, high-end architecture and interior design firm, home décor showrooms, and a furniture and product design firm.
Job description:
Ensure both the office and the showroom are presentable and tidy on a daily basis, including lite cleaning between professional cleaning appointments.
Running day to day errands.
General administrative duties such as managing office supply inventory and ordering supplies.
Staff support – address day to day issues, some lite IT support required. Coordinate larger tasks and issues with IT manager. Interested in and experience with IT a plus.
Receiving and shipping inventory.
Assist with receipt of showroom display deliveries.
Assist with coordination of project photoshoot deliveries and returns.
Assist with showroom event preparation.
Coordination of in-house appointments such as cleaning services.
Requirements:
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Good personality, resourceful, hands on, and energetic.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to work both independently and closely with others.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Interest in and understanding of interior design and home décor (furniture, lighting, etc.) a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus.
Position available as part-time or full-time. $15-20 hourly rate.
