Hello CraigsList Friends! I currently have Monday evening, Friday evening, Saturday evening, and several daytime weekday slots available in my Midtown Manhattan music rehearsal space. This is a monthly space. The room is mid-sized, air conditioned / heated, in a good spot in the building, and in a super convenient location close to Port Authority bus terminal, Penn Station, and tons of subway lines. There is house equipment on which to rehearse and some limited storage for your gig equipment. Best of all, the room is populated by long-term tenants who are all either professional or serious musicians. One low price gets you 5pm till as late as you want to play (the building has 24-7 access). This is especially great for bands who love to jam and experiment and don't like to have their creative flow determined by watching the clock. For daytime slot times email me and we can discuss.
