Lost Giants Yoga is back. This is our first of hopefully many winter classes. Please note that there are some new rules and restrictions we must follow. EVERYONE must show proof of vaccination. There are no exceptions. You can show your vax card, a photo of your vax card or use MY IR Mobile (an app). Please bring photo ID so I can cross check. EVERYONE must wear a mask. This may take some getting used to, but I believe we can make this work. Class will be capped at 40 people to allow for social distancing. If you aren't confident you can make it to class please don't reserve a spot. I am going to attempt to record classes for Youtube too. Because I have to check proof of vax you will need to show up by 6:25. Doors will close after that. You can still cut out early if you need, but no late shows. As always, class is free or by donation.
