Join the Upper Marlboro Arts Council and learn to paint at their Happy Leaf Arts Festival! Help support the Upper Marlboro Arts Council by coming out and painting outside in downtown Upper Marlboro! Refreshments will be provided. This event is held as part of the Upper Marlboro Art's Council first annual Happy Leaf Arts Festival being held along Main Street in downtown Upper Marlboro.
