Your voice is important and your voice should be heard. Please join us and other local leaders in this community dialogue. We hope to see you there. Project Ujima ("oo-JEE-mah") guides diverse groups of people who come together to address issues of shared concern, develop relationships of trust, and go from talk to action.   Moderators lead dialogues using structured "Circle" processes that provide an opportunity for all voice to be heard in identifying action ideas to respond to a particular issue.   Circle services help promote civil discourse among citizens of the greater Akron community.
