You must possess manual dexterity a keen eye for detail, communicate clearly in English, with vendors, management, and residents.
Responsibilities
• Maintain all building equipment from tractor to elevator.
• Finding fixing or creating specifications for management for all plumbing and electrical issues.
• maintain a clean building to include catwalks, recreation room, lawn, and poolside.
• Ensure the pool is heated to 83 degrees daily and maintain the heater.
• Maintain the A/C water tower and fix or report problems to management.
• Maintain basement pumps.
• Contact vendors and create relationships to obtain the best deals.
• Walk the premises daily from roof to basement and report all issues seen to management.
• Create a weekly work list and plan.
