Company overview: Originally the company was exclusively a lead paint and asbestos abatement contractor, since we have evolved into a full-fledged general contractor specializing in environmental abatement projects. We are certified in general building construction, de-leading, asbestos removal, door and window replacement, floor covering and painting. General Requirements: • Good Work ethic and punctual • Self-sufficient and can use their initiative when working independently • Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from jobsites/shop. (Travel distances will vary) • Must supply your own basic general tools Job Tasks (these will vary per job): • Framing • Demo • Installation of trim and mouldings • Rot repair • Stair building & Repair • Deck building & Repair • Painting • Tile work • Insulation • Finish work • Drywall wall installation & Repair • Removal and installation of cabinets & vanities • Installation and repairs for Windows & doors • Punch list items Requirements: • Valid Drivers License • OSHA 10 Card Preferred Qualifications (but not required): • CSL License • HIC License • RRP License (Lead-safe renovator) • Asbestos License (worker or supervisor) • Lead License (worker or supervisor) • Mold Remediation certification Benefits offered: (After probationary period) • Health • Dental • 401K • AFLAC • Life Insurance **PLEASE EMAIL RESUME IF INTERESTED!!
