Wanna learn ACROYOGA?! Join us for a fun Acroyoga class led by a Certified Acroyoga Teacher. This beginner-friendly weekly class teaches the foundations of the acroyoga practice including flying, basing and spotting. Learn stacking from the ground up, how to base and fly, safety and spotting, inversions, flying therapeutics (the gentle side of acroyoga), acroyoga poses and transitions. No partner or experience needed. Class is designed for the beginner student. There will be support and challenges for all. WHAT TO BRING: hydration and hand sanitizer NO YOGA MAT NEEDED. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. NO DROP-INS. Early registration is highly recommended.
