We are seeking afternoon milking shift help on our dairy at Lilac Ridge Farm. Our herd consist of 40 dairy cows plus heifers and calves. We are a small family run operation shipping our milk to Organic Valley Coop. Afternoon milking shift starts at 3:30 and is typically done by 6:00. This job requires attention to detail and procedure, an appreciation of cows, ability to work in all kinds of weather and punctuality. Experience helpful but a willingness to learn appreciated. Currently shifts available for Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
