Meet the distiller, Thursday Sept 30th at Vine & Table Thursday September 30th Vine & Table is pleased to welcome Savage & Cooke master distiller Jordan Via to our event room. For those unfamiliar Savage & Cooke is the brainchild of Dave Phinney, who is perhaps better known as the creator of both “The Prisoner” and “Orin Swift” wines. After becoming an icon of the wine world Phinney has chosen to lend his decades of expertise to the realm of Whiskey. Savage & Cooke has quickly revolutionized the world of American Whiskies with their exceptional cask finishing program. Join us from 6 -7:30 PM to learn about the philosophy and ingenuity that has led to Savage and Cookes meteoric rise in popularity among bourbon enthusiasts (and perhaps sample a few fine spirits in the process).
