Buyer/Shipper Needed for Small Antique Doll Purchase

An odd one time request, but here we go... I need to purchase a small porcelain doll from an antique shop in Cambridge City, IN. Saw it last week as I was driving through (I live in Phoenix) and didn't buy it. Showed it to the fiancé and now we must have it. Contacted the shop (National Road Antique Mall) directly and they won't ship anything. That leads me to this... need someone to purchase the doll and ship it to me. I of course will pay for the doll and the shipping and a "handling charge" for helping me out with this. I will also call again to verify they still have it so there will be no "wild goose chase" :-) Picture is attached to this posting.
