Seeking a skilled laborer (preferably with some carpentry experience) to fill a subcontractor position. Responsibilities include promptness, general understanding of residential remodeling practices, owning one’s own hand tools, own transportation, ability to comply with simple instructions, attention to detail, ability to work without direct supervision from time to time, among others. Willing to train promising prospects for a full time position.
