Production Operator Hiring Day – October 9 th - Immediate Openings - $1,500 Sign on Bonus  2nd Shift Starting Pay: $17.00-$19.00 based on previous experience (includes a $1.00/hr shift differential)3rd Shift Starting Pay: $17.50-$19.50 based on previous experience (includes a $1.50/hr shift differential)We are hiring many Production Operators to work as part of our Elk Grove Village, IL location, and have immediate 2nd (1pm-9:30pm) and 3rd (9pm-5:30am) shift openings.  Where You Will Work: Located just outside of Chicago, our Elk Grove Village location is part of our Sweet and Cereal division, where we create delicious Sprinkles and Crunches. We are a fast-paced, manufacturing team that works together to keep production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace. What You Will Do: As a Production Operator, you’ll see a product’s transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You’ll follow instructions provided on a work order and perform the following activities: mixing, polishing, extruding, and catching product. Don't know what that means? It's okay!
