Action Games Paintball provides incredible recreational experiences, and we are hiring event staff to cover weekend morning shifts. This is an awesome, thrilling job where you get to make the Action happen. We provide paid on-the-job training, free lunch, and commission if you bring in customers. Learn about this amazing sport, find a new passion, and have a blast watching our customers shoot each other on the fields of Action Games! NO PAINTBALL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Responsibilties: -Arrive one hour before the scheduled event starts to set up equipment. -Check-in guests as they arrive -Monitor players for safe and fair play -Officiate paintball games (We have Goggles for you.) -Post-event clean-up Ideal Candidates: -You are friendly, outgoing, and a bit of a thrill-seeker. -You have experience interacting with customers as a service provider. (Great for Gig workers seeking a new side hustle that DOES NOT put wear and tear on their car.) -You have experience as a referee, enforcing game rules and monitoring for safety. (preferred, but not required) -You are available Saturdays and Sundays from 9-4 for the rest of the Fall. Some weekday work may also be offered. -You are not afraid of getting hit by a paintball. Our players are really good at NOT shooting the refs, but we cannot guarantee that you will never get hit. Follow our training to stay out of the line of fire!
