Floor Tile Repair Needed

I have a large kitchen with many cracked ceramic tiles that need to be replaced and also a small bathroom with some cracked tiles too. About 30 tiles total. I do not want to replace the whole floor, I want to replace the broken ones, and possibly a few more to mask the repair with a pattern (if we can't match tiles perfectly).
