General Admission is FREE. Concession Stands will be open but LIMITED. Mega Bet Sign up begins - 11 A.M. Mega Bet Drawing - 5 P.M. 2021 Breeders Cup Dining Room Menu: Fried Chicken, Corn, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with a Roll. Admission Gates will open at 8:00 A.M. Dining Rooms will open at 11:00 A.M. for Seating. Meals will be served at 4:00 P.M. Dining Packages include: Table for the Breeders Cup, Meal, Dessert, Soda- Coffee- Tea, Simulcast Racing Program for the Day and tax. Finish Line Grandstand Seat Boxes. This area does not include the meal. This area is seats with televisions only. It is located up the first 2 flights of steps in the Grandstand Building.
