Vinyasa + Yin Yoga (Neural Yoga) Join us for an invigorating yoga flow led by 200 HR Certified RYT Mona Fang. Time Check schedule for this week's classes. Location Yoga studio inside of the Gather Illinois fitness gym. There are two entrances to the gym: one through the main lobby and one directly to main parking lot. Doors will be propped open 15 minutes before session begins. Late arrivals will need key access (can wait to be let in by another resident). About the instructor Hi you all! My name is Mona Fang. I am an undergraduate student studying aerospace engineering. I am also the founder/CEO of a tech startup called Karma Trade (www.karmatrade.shop). I began practicing yoga when I was 15 years old. Yoga helped me fall in tune with my inner thoughts, giving me the love for cosmic physics and social entrepreneurship that I have today. I learned that - when you can build your pranic energy alignment from the root up, you have the infinite energy to cultivate your purpose and manifest your dreams. Yoga Description In my classes, I begin with an invigorating, energizing vinyasa flow. Our vinyasa will include breathwork, sun salutations, and balancing postures. The poses will be challenging but are very welcome to beginners. Towards the end, I will lead us into yin yoga. These deep stretching poses are inactive, challenging us to let go. Through inaction, you can reprogram your subconscious existing in the neurons of your muscle tissue and connective fascia. You will find a great balance of yin and yang energy in these sessions.
