Job Description: Skilled general maintenance help and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge. *Perform maintenance repairs on company vehicles, appliances, trailers, tractor, forklift, stand on mower, generators, electric fence. *Forklift certification preferred ( training available ) *Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. *Light work in plumbing; electrical; carpentry; painting; drywall *Assist trade people with electrical. *Drive Manual transmission *Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, icemaker, microwaves, portable AC units, Central Vac *Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises. *Perform routine landscaping. *Maintain the cleanliness inside warehouse shop, outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. *Power washing *Light bulb/ ballast replacement ( interior / Exterior ) *Ceiling tile replacement *Rooftop, gutter, storm drain clearing *Fence repairs ( chain link and electric fence ) Requirements: *Must have clean criminal background (no felonies, Class A or B misdemeanors). *Must have a Texas Driver's License ( No ID ) *Pass drug test *Full time employment. *Physically able to climb ladders *Lift up to 80 lbs *Tolerate Texas hot temperatures outside *Speak and Read English Apply in Person 12502 Taylor Rd Houston TX 77041 Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm Turbo Electrical Contractors
