Looking for bebop

Anyone know a decent hole-in-the-wall with a BURNING jazz band? Not one of those sit down and eat places(I've been to those, and it's way pricey). I've been here for a couple years now and have yet to find a bar to watch a decent bebop outfit. Any leads would be much appreciated!
