Practice setting up a Neighborhood Staging Area, Organizing Responders, Deploying them as Teams, and Communicating with Two-Way Radios Your Community Emergency Response Team and Neighborhood Team Program is hosting our first Neighborhood Staging and Deployment Pop-Up Drill! Come join your community and NTP/CERT on Sunday, October 3rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. These drills will focus on following the Step-by-Step Guides found at https://documents.ntp-la.org Location: Queen Anne Park, 1240 West Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019 These drills will be conducted in person but outside. Everyone is required to wear a face covering. Bring your response bag, vest, and radios to get used to carrying your equipment. The Neighborhood Team Program - Los Angeles combines Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training and leadership with Ready Your LA Neighborhood training at the grassroots level to setup Neighborhood Emergency Response Teams in each community.
