Presented by: Peer Mentor, Cindy Le, Pre-Dental/Dental-Hygiene, '21 and Peer Mentor, Raaga Betala, Doctor of Pharmacy, '24 It can be daunting to write an email to someone you do not know and want to request something of - especially since these emails can be seen at later points in time. I have some friends who are currently fourth years who feel unsure of themselves when writing a professional email and shared that if they could, they would've wanted to learn this skill as freshmen. It is important to learn how to write a professional email so that we do not leave a poor impression of ourselves to the person that is being contacted. STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Students who attend will be able to start their emails with a warm and appropriate greeting to the person they are addressing. Students who attend will be able to write closing remarks which thank the individual that they are addressing. Students who attend will be able to write a brief and meaningful subject line.  Presented by the Center for Academic Success and Enrichment Join CASE Peer Mentors and Academic Coaches LIVE to discuss important topics related to YOUR academic success!
