BluSky is excited to announce our 17th Annual Clays for Kids sporting clay event, Friday November 12th. For 16 years we have been hosting a tournament that raises funds for various organizations, in need across the country. All proceeds from this year’s Kansas City tournament will go directly to Working for Youth. Our Kansas City office goal is to raise $15,000.00 with our friends, partners, and clients. Please contact your BluSky representative for more information. What is Sporting Clays? Sporting Clays is an exciting form of shooting. Participants are in squads of four to shoot a round. A round consists of 100 targets being thrown in a game style setting with each station representing a different field situation. The competitor who hits the most targets is the winner. Targets, ammo and ear protection will be provided, but please bring your own eye protection (safety glasses/sunglasses). Also, do not be afraid if you are new to the sport. We will have beginners and experts along for this fun filled day! Working For Youth is uniting the community to create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workforce, and a stronger, safer and more prosperous community for all. All Kansas City youth have a career exploration, job training, and internship experience and a plan for postsecondary attainment. Working for Youth is a collaborative effort powered by Hire KC, Entrepreneurship KC, and KC Common Good. BluSky provides commercial, industrial, governmental, and multifamily restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services across the continental United States. With an emphasis on large projects, we don’t build things; we restore and rebuild them. Our engaged employees bring experience and teamwork to anyone who owns or manages property, provides property insurance, or manages property insurance claims.
